Moderators: duke3522, devilish_patsy, topanga1485, nycgirl, spoiled_candy, cmillington, coach_k Lost 25 pounds and still D cup size!?!??!
Okay so in total I have lost 24-25 pounds. When I started I was a 36 D. (My stats 5'6, start weight 156, now 132, goal 120) I went to Victoria Secret to get resized and now I am a 34 DD!!!!! How the hell did this happen??? Shouldn't I have gone at least a cup size!? I dont want to weigh 120 with DD's!
Any exercises that I can do that will help reduce them? I know push-ups define them which I already do.

I lost 100 pounds and went up a cup size AND a band size. I went from 32D to 34DD. I think either you have boobs, or you don't. Just work to make them look their best.
It makes perfect sense. The 'cup' is the difference between your total chest measurement and your ribcage measurement. If you've lost inches from your ribcage then your cupsize can end up being larger as a proportion. If you go much below 120lbs chances are your breasts would start to get smaller.
How do you work them to make them look their best? Is there a way to lift them up again without surgery?
Some bench presses can tone up your pectoral mucles, which lay underneath the breast tissue.

I personally have very saggy breasts, and im at a 34 D. I use this Avon bust sculpt cream, it helps a little. But it helps also to tone those muscles so that the breasts can be lifted.
this definitly makes me feel better!
BTW - you are actually the same size: the VS peeps should have told you that. A 36D is the same as a 34DD, just as I am a 38C & can easily interchange a 36D when need be. It's all about what feels more comfortable. I personally prefer the 38C because I don't like to be held prisoner by my bra, but if you lost a lot of weight, you may feel better in the 34.
We're you properly sized before weight loss? Maybe you were just wearing the wrong size bra....apparently this happens a lot.
Sounds like you're just naturally blessed... the cup size is related to the band size, so if the band shrinks but the cups stay the same you WILL go up at least one size - it doesn't make the girls any bigger than they were, just a different proportion of the whole. The opposite happens if you gain weight and have to move up a size - you'll probably need a larger band and a smaller cup, ie. 38C becomes 40B.
I agree with other posters. It's actually the same cup size. But also - I have noticed the same "problem" (to many this is not a problem) and my friends have noticed the same thing. We actually believe the VS's sizes have changed a bit due to their newer styles. But that could just be our imaginations at work....
the same thing happened to me and in the shop right there in front of the woman who mesured me i got panic stricken she just smiled at me and said this happens and when i lose another half stone (more or less depending on your body frame i imagine) it will more than likely come down again. hope this settles you a bit. and good luck on your future slimeing xxxx
I definitly dont think its the same size because none of my older ones fit me. and the 34DD fits me perfectly now. And it's the same style I always wear.
But I'm over it now! thanks for all your help!

Ive lost tons of weight at a time and my bra size has always stayed the same! I would love to have a D cup! Im also 132 lbs and 5'6" and wear a 34 C. I personally want mine bigger, lol!
I lost about 35-40 pounds in college. I have always been a double D (probably bigger, just didnt want to admit it) Anyway, my size didnt change at all. I looked extrememly disporportional and had a lot of trouble. I could never wear normal clothes, it was just awful. I finally made the decision to have a reduction. I will never regret it. My insurance paid for it and I am now a comfortable D and they gave me a lift :) So life is great. It is a HUGE step and the recovery isn't easy, but to have it off of my mind was worth it all!
