Lost 5 pounds but now I just don't feel the same "drive" to lose weight?
So, I've lost about 5 pounds so far, and I can't explain it, for some reason this week I just haven't had it in me to lose weight. I haven't gone out of control or anything, I just have wanted to eat maitenance calories these past 4 days. I know it's not a big deal, but to me it is...because getting to my goal weight is so important to me, personally. I have about 26 pounds to go. Has anyone ever experienced this, or do you have any advice on how to get pumped about losing weight again?
All I know is that it takes a person 30-32 days to stick to a routine. After that time, you just get into the habit of eating well and learning whats good and bad for you. Stick it out, you will feel better in just a few days when you look at the scale and realized you just lost another 5 lbs.
For me, losing a few pounds totally motivates me to make the right choices and lose more. Maybe make a little graph or some other visual aid to make your weight loss more tangible and keep you on track.
