since i joined the site, a little over 20 lbs. overall about 45 lbs

31!!! Last time I checked...could be more now!

67-69 pounds since this time last year. I can't quite lose that last pound to make it 70.

since march 1st, i've lost 27.5 pounds. 12.5 to go!

33 since December.  I still have 10-15 to go.  Strangely, I am in no rush.

14 since the beginning of may... 30 lbs lighter than this time last year. :)

Since June 21 I have lost 6 pounds. Still new to this but I am excited to keep going!

45 pounds in the last year or so.  I'm currently stuck and trying to find a way to proceed.  I'm hoping my latest changes will show some progress by the end of the week, but that remains to be seen.  I'm not too concerned yet though since I've gotten stuck before and have always found a way to break through.  Right now I'm trying to eat a little bit every hour and I'm hoping that will help give my metabolism a boost.  It's not more calories, just more frequent eating.  Anyone who has a better idea, I'm certainly open to suggestions.

Ive lost 65 pounds since February all together.Im new to the site ive lost 3 since I joined the site.But im aiming for around 25 more pounds im 5"1 im at 145 i started at 210 in Feb since im shorter im aiming for about 116.But My Dr said ill fall in the healthy range at 132 so im aiming just for the healthy range right now.I went from obese when i started to now overweight and im 12 pounds away from my healthy target and ive never been this thin ive never even weighed what i weigh now for many many years i was always overweight.

30lbs since january, but I've been on a backslide...

Lost about 35-40 lbs since September. Trying to lose about 10 more... but pizza is just TOO good, dang it

9.8 lbs since 7/7/09 i am now officially on my second week in my healthy lifestyle plan.

I started @ 145 in May and I've lost 10.5 so far, my goal is 120. It wasn't a quick weight loss, but that's ok, I'm trying to make this a lifestyle instead of a quick-fix diet where I regain everything and then some in the end. <Pun intended. Laughing

15.2 lbs since May 11th. 

21 since the end of May; 97 since Feb 2008.

30 pounds since March 16th of this year!

40 more to go to the first goal.

Maybe another 15 after that.

 

Almost 20 pounds :)  I have 60 more to go before I'm going to slow it down and eating more and adjust to a true lifestyle change (without focusing on counting, etc.) and let it come off even slower and when it stops, that means I'm naturally at the weight I'd like to be at :) yay!
