I know it isnt much compared to the all the amazing success stories here but 15 solid pounds lost ..NOT by fad diets or starving myself..is a huge accomplishment for me
I have been consistently working out and making gradual lifestyle changes..so Im losing weight the right and long lasting way :)
The only complaint is that Im not really losing weight in my stomach. I went down a pant size..but my waist and stomach is not showing improvements. Its frustrating because I pride myself on having a body that is proportionate..meaning my stomach and waist is pretty small compared to the rest of my body. Anyone have any tips or advice? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE :)

I'm doing it the same way. I'm close to 15 lbs. My goal is around 20~25.

Have no real good advice for you though considering my stomach is the same way. Sorry. ;[
You will eventually lose fat from the problematic areas, too. Don't worry, just keep on going. And some work-out routines and massage can help if you lost all the weight you want and you still don't see big improvements in that part of your body.
