Okay my scale might be off, I might be off, it might be water weight, but this morning I was .7 lbs lighter than yesterday morning!

Yesterday I stuck to my diet, only eating 2014 calories and walked for 14 minutes, and this morning I was lighter.

I know it's too early to celebrate a huge victory, but it's a baby step!

It's a small goal, but it's a goal nonetheless! Today (even though it's the holiday) I'm going to do my 14 minutes without a break! And I've already accomplished my breakfast goal. I only ate 440 calories! hehe

I want to get this weight off and be happy, and finally I feel I'm headed in the right direction to do that!
