Hi!!!
Now I'm about 25 pounds lighter, and 25 pounds happier! I began the whole calorie-counting thing two months ago and now I feel better, and I have a flatter tummy... I started at 180 lbs. and now I'm 155 lbs., I hope to lose more :-D

I started at 180 too, and now I'm at 150. (I'm 5'10", if that gives you any indication at how big I was before.)

First off, congrats Anis, that's great.
...but Gents, what's going on here? Your 6'0 and you want to be less then 155? I'm 5'10" and feeling ok with 190, don't want to be less then 180. Why do you feel the need to weigh less?

I want to lose a BIT more to have a retalively low body fat percentage, and to start working ou t more and making sports, and have a kinda athletic body, and you should NOT skip dinner, just eat healthy!
