I lost 70 lbs the right way

I have gone from 204 to 140 by finding an exercise program that worked for me and eating small frequent meals. There is no easy way to lose weight. Just like they say..."nothing worthwhile is easy to attain". I wrote my weight loss story to try to motivate others to do what I have done for myself. This is a FREE story.

Congrats on your success. Until I started my own weight loss efforts, I never realized all of the misconceptions and bad information out there about how to lose weight. You know, the lose 30 pounds in three weeks kind of stuff.
I'm so glad that you are putting the information out there about the right way to do it. I too have lost 70 pounds, going from 226 to 155. It took me a year and a half, but I did it!
