Lost 13lbs since September without ever counting a calorie or dieting....

I never once was hungry.  I ate what I wanted whenever I wanted.  Never went on a diet.  Didn't stuff my face every three hours because it would "boost my metabolism".  What I DID do:

LISTEN TO MY BODY...didn't deprive myself of anything

eat when I was hungry and didn't feel the need to eat when I wasn't

started working out when I was in the mood.  Turned out to be about 2-4 times week

concsoiusly thought about what I was eating. 

 Yes, some meals were just fish and veggies. 

But I did go out to eat, eat some candy here or there, drink some beer or wine, but much less than I normally would.

Yeah!  Only 17 more pounds to go.  That's not a lot, right?  Whoo!

Congratulations!  Good job on getting so close to your goal!  Maybe I should take your "diet" into consideration!  Keep up the good work!

Congrats on the good job. I've been thinking about cutting the counting thing myself, but I am afraid I may eat too much. Maybe when I am stronger. Baby steps. I have to take baby steps into your life style. Keep up the good work, and glad to hear that someone can do this without counting.

I used to count calories but it wasn't a good way to live. Now I just listen to my body while making healthy choices. I feel really good! :)

Hopefully I will lose as much as you did!
