I am completely obsessed with chocolate... candy... pretty much any sweets. I can't get enough of them and once I start, it's so hard to stop. I figured out I was eating roughly 2 servings (BAD servings... like over a whole candy bar) DAILY and I decided to end it all once and for all. Growing up my mom fed us very healthy food and candy was a rare treat around holidays like Christmas, Halloween and Easter. I think I got hooked on it once I moved out and realized I could buy whatever I wanted! Costco candy aisles are horrible!

Anyway, just wanted to share that I stopped eating candy, I maybe eat one tiny bit every few days, like a piece on the weekend (mini size), and during the week I will not... if it gets super difficult at work to curb the cravings, I wait until about 30 minutes before I go home and then I eat a sugar free/fat free pudding cup. It's delicious and it feels like I'm eating a large portion, and I have lost five whole pounds since I stopped eating candy 2 weeks ago, and I have lost a little bit (half an inch) off my hips!! I am so excited and proud and determined to keep cutting out empty calories.
