Weight Loss

Ok, so I am in week 2 here in CC and I am down 2 lbs, which I am quite pleased with. I would like to see it all fall off at once, but it's better this way.
Anyway, what I was wondering was, once I start losing something more significant than 2 lbs, do I need to change how much I eat or exercise?
Thx!

Well, you can always check the site. The site offers updated caloric intake anytime you'd like (Under Tools / Allowance)
BUT.. I doubt they'd have changed because of a 2 lb. loss. No.

Not necessarily, 2 lbs is great! That is exactly what you should be losing! No more than that. Although, I would average it out. I've been doing this for 4 weeks and I lost 2 lbs the 1st week, 4 lbs the next week, because it was right before that time of the month, 0 lbs the next week and 2 lbs last week. So on average I've been losing exactly 2 lbs per week and I'm loving it! I was a little worried when I dropped the 4 lbs but I knew it was water weight and I knew that time of the month was coming, and obviously, so did my body.
If you've been here only two weeks that sounds about right! Any more than 1-2 lbs. per week and you'll most likely gain all the weight right back... the slower you loose, the easier it will be to keep the weight off! Good luck and congrats on the 2 lbs! It's a lot better than nothing!
