lost 5% fat in one month and did not lose any weight!
I was really happy when I got my percentage measured a few days ago. Last month I was a little over 30% and this month I am 25% and I have been on maintenance for a month, still the same weight, just more muscle. I have been eating 5 times a day, carbs and proteins at each meal and pushing hard at the gym. The only bad thing now is I have lots of loose skin in the belly. I have cut way back on my cardio and I don't know how to loose the skin, any ideas?
Skin elasticity depends on how old you are and how long you've been overweight. If you only recently gained the extra pounds then it should gradually go back. If you've been overweight for quite some time, you might be stuck with it.
Still... what's worse? A little loose skin that's easily covered by a shirt or lots of extra fat that's suffocating your internal organs and shortening your life expectancy? ![]()
