I lost about 23 pounds in the last 3 months, eating between 1500-1800 Kcal/Day and regular cardio exercise.
But I did not a single inch! What did I do wrong???

Well, if you lost 23 pounds then it obviously came from somewhere. Where on your body have you measured to determine you either lost or have not lost inches?

You would of had to of lost it from somewhere.  It's physically impossible to lose 23 pounds and not have it accounted for.
Are you doing any kind of weight or strength training?  That can help.  Oh, also, do your clothes fit differently?

i think go by your clothes.. hum i bet you have lost inches. I havn't lately but i have on my butt hehe! so maybe your loss is somewhere strange? arms? bum? theighs?

Hey home, Erik (one of our board moderators) doesn't tend to like it when people come in with the potentially express purpose of digging up business for other sites. While I am happy for you that that diet does work for you, I'd suggest you try to stop linking to it so regularly.
