Weight when I first started dieting was 220

Weight right now is 200.2

My goal weight is 120

I believe we can all do this! Just believe in yourselves and don't give in no matter how hard it is! Just picture yourself being skinnier/healthier/HAPPIER!!!

I am 6'2"
On 6/30/07 I was my highest weight ever (without being pregnant). 189lbs. I kept saying I look pretty good to have 4 kids, but then I found CC and saw that my BMI was too high and decided it's time to get serious. I joined CC 7/2/07, and I'm now 180. My clothes already fit better and my husband keeps saying how small I feel;) I love logging my foods and keeping myself accountable. So press on everyone, lets get healthy! My goal weight is 145 lbs.

I love this website!!!

I started on Feb 19 '07.   But the best part -- I had alot going on for one month and didn't pay a lot of attention to my diet.  I didn't totally blow it, but I was kinda bad.    I didn't gain one single pound!!!!  I'm back on track (literally) and ready for more weight to start coming off.   Good luck everyone!

Just keep at it! Speed bumps happen but just jump right back on the wagon and you'll lose the weight :)
