I started my Journey 1 month ago on August 13th  at 265 and as of Yesterday I have lost 11 pounds! (254)

I am keeping my calories under 1800 a day (usually 1550) drinking 80+ oz of water and exercising 6 days a week.

I started off walking only 2 miles then 2.5 etc and am currently up to 4 miles  and I walk 3 times a week and the other 3 days a week I do an exercise dvd, either the biggest looser v1 or power 90

I'm so so so excited to be loosing!!

You are my inspiration .......... Im glad you took the advice and made a post.. its great encouragement to look back on when times are tough..... Everyone on here is GREAT!

I am so proud that your eating right, exercising, and feeling great!!! Remember... Nothing taste as good as skinny feels... I heard that once.. I think its the motto for WW but I still like it.. It is true!!

Wow.  I am sooo proud of you... I was feeling a little bummed this morning because after 11 days on this lifestyle change I over ate with my dinner last night (~300 or so cals.), but seeing what you have done, I am not going to get depressed & I will go right back to eating what I have been & not concentrate on last night.  You give me hope that I too can lose those pounds.  Congrats...... :)
boom~~ not to take away from Kristy.. but remember this.. Its one day at a time ...one meal at a time.... FOrget what happened at your last meal... or yesterday and focus on now.. thats how you get through it..... Hope that helps...

loosingthepounds- it does help... I was just starting to feel the depression start after I logged in my foods from last night- did it this am & then I saw Kristy's entry & that's kinda the point- It helps to see her weight loss & again I am so proud of her, she's inspiring :)  I will take it one day at a time. 
Congrats to all of you losing.. Dont get frustreated..... Kristy is an inspiration to others... that why Ilike self promoting posts.. gets other minds stirring!!! I definately have that feeling, if they can do I can do it!!!

Boom... I definatly Have to agree don't beat yourself up over 1 meal. It's over and done~! Learn from it! In my first month I think I had 2 or 3 times that I went over but I refuse to beat myself up for what I chose to eat...

 Keep plugging away, at the 11 day mark I was ready to quit, because I had only lost 2 pounds and was starting to feel like "whats the point"... I AM SOO glad I didn't stop and I don't want you to either..

It's like the first 5 and the last 5 are the worst to loose,  but I KNOW that you will be successful,   take my hand, we can do it together!!!

krystie~~ Your right.. the first.. ( I'd say 10) and the last ( I'm not at that point yet) are the hardest.. once you get rolling... it IS THE BEST MOTIVATION ever.... Everyone asks my motivation... its LOSING WEIGHT! Make sense?
