Lots of Body weight routines
It's on the CF forums and attached to the first post as a pdf file. There's well over 100 different workouts. Scaling suggestions on page 20. On the last page there are a couple of pull-up programs, for those who want to increase max-reps and really want to do pull-ups.
Think I'll start doing mostly BW exercises for the next little while -- my teres major is acting up again so I need to work my pullups and rows a lot more. Pushups don't bother it but heavy bench and any overhead pressing leaves me in pain. ![]()
I've got an appointment next week with a Medical Exercise Specialist to help me stretch and strengthen my rotator cuff and teres major but it sucks when you injur your shoulders; there is no full recovery I fear.
That sucks man. Hope everything works out. I recently smashed both my knees, when my pull-up bar broke in my room... Two weeks ago, the bruising is starting to fade. Now, I have the pull-up bar secured with two brackets drilled into the wall.
I put this list up cause I hate going to the gym already, now that it's cold. Plus it will start snowing soon, so I'll be even less motivated to go. Though, I recently obtained P90X and Insanity, so I may follow one of those soon.
