That is not real.....you cannot buy a Louis Vuitton for $200. A lot of people post fake items as "authentic" on Ebay (mostly overseas where a lot of knockoffs are available) and Ebay doesn't catch them in time.

If you want a Louis Vuitton bag, you would be much better off going to a department store where you know you are getting the real deal, otherwise you are chancing spending $200 on a bag that is worth $10.
Actually, my mother and I have bought quite a few designer bags off of ebay, and they've all been authentic.

The purse you're looking at isn't new. Its a used and is most likely authentic. Is it worth paying $200 for a used LV purse though? Personally, if I'm gonna spend the money, I'd rather spend it on a new one. But thats just me.
Yeh I know it's used....that's why I wanted to know the retail price of it so before I walk into LV store I know how much I'm paying....really like this purse ....I want to a new one straight from the boutique but I tried googling for the price and couldn't find it :(

Do you think $900 can do?
This bag is similar:

http://www.eluxury.com/browse/product_detail. jhtml?styleid=10885586&SectionID=6000

And it is $635.00 brand new......
I cant imagine why anyone would buy a purse for 600$!! Actually I think 150$ is completely outrageous. It gotta be one damn nice purse before Ill even pay more than 50.

Why are these purses so expensive. Sure theyve got some great bradn name... but they really arent that nice.
Thanks for the links! I found the eluxury website too...but it's only for U.S. ! I live in Toronto....if the retail price is the same as the eluxury price then it's pretty cheap!

Have anyone bought from eluxury b4? Do they have similar price as the boutique? I would buy from eluxury for sure if I lived in the states but ....

It's going to be my first LV purse (a little late for my age)......so excited!
ELuxury doesn't ship to Canada!! That is too bad!

I would call the customer service number on the Louis Vuitton website and see if they can ship directly to you.
Thanks everyone! You guys are lovely.
If I ever spend that much money on a purse then it will be for one of these.
If there isn't at least a picture of the label.. don't bother.
I really don't like buying these things online.  Most of time, hubby (He is from HK, too.) buys it for me, but he won't buy it unless it's eLuxury or he is in the store in person.  There is a huge store in San Fran that I really want to see. :)  He bought my Christmas present there.

The replica situation is getting a little nuts.  Even jeans, clothes, and furnitures come with "Certificates of Authentication."
lol I am with you on that one sarah, those purses are rediculous what does it matter whose label is on it.  For $600 I can think of much cooler things  to have or do :)
I'm with berryblue and sarah. Why would you pay alot of money to advertise for someone? they should pay you! I'd buy a treadmill!
Time for an obscure movie quote:

"Leather pants purse?"
   "Yeah."
"What's something like that run?"
   "Six-fifty."
"Six hundred and fifty dollars?"
   "Yeah."
"They're pants It's a purse?"
   "Yeah."
"You wear them?"
   "YES!"
"They don't, like, have a TV in them or something?"
   "Nope"
"I am very old."

TOTALLY! But to each his own, I say. For the people that care/wonder/ask -- well, it's that expensive because you are paying for the name and nothing more. Some of these purses are "plastic" and they're still expensive. You pay more for the name because they spend a lot of money ADVERTISING and creating a BRAND. Yes, you are paying for an intangible really. Yes, it's crazy, but that's the way it is. If Louis Vuitton got a load of purses from their manufacturer and they decided that they didn't want to put their label on them, then they would not be LV bags. See what I'm saying? Slap the label on, they're LV; decide NOT to put the label on, they're NOT LV. SIMPLE as that!
stacye that purse is pretty cool!
I disagree. I'm not saying all brand names are better, but if something is legitimate and authentic, then it is usually of a higher quality design, leather...even the zippers are made better on a real designer purse.
I use this site to get my designer stuff. It's all lightly used, really great condition vintage designer stuff...for the serious collector. They're a little low in inventory right now, but I'm sure they'll have more soon.  Personally, I like the idea of owning a purse that my granddaughter will be able to carry and still look classy and cool 50 years from now (you know, the zipper will still work too).
