love food? then eat less!!! overeaters...
i was thinking about how much i love food &all. & i came to this conclusion. if i love food so much, wouldnt eating less of it make that make feel all the more tastier. food tastes soooo incredibly delicious when your REALLY hungry. when you overeat the food may taste good, but not nearly as good as when your REALLY hungry.

When I get *really* hungry, I am absolutely ravenous and have a tendancy to eat whatever crosses my path (including cheetohs by the bag) and don't really taste it as I'm cramming it in... it's just to fill that hole. No, not binging, just freakin' HUNGRY and must eat something, anything....
Needless to say I don't let myself get that hungry if I can help it.
What I do find truly enjoyable (and yes, I have a supreme love of food... all of the tastes and textures and colors....) is to let my cravings decide for me what is going to taste the absolute best that day. There are days where the thought of peanut butter sounds nasty... but then will be the day that nothing will taste as good or satisfy me as much as a huge honkin' spoonful of homemade peanut butter on a spoon. Somedays steak is what is going to float my boat, some days shrimp, others there's just nothing like a roasted chicken... some days only fruits and veges sound good. Other days nothing will suffice but a bowl of Doritos with nacho cheese.
It is when I follow what my body wants that I find I enjoy my food the most.
Just not when I'm overly hungry. Then I'll eat just to eat and don't really truly enjoy it

the funny thing is, is I started to really love food once I decided to live a healthier lifestyle. Now, I totally changed my carrear in life and want to go into culinary arts

To the person that called you weird whats so weird about the OP's post? You never enjoyed a meal anytime in your life more so than other times just because you had that mmmmmm im starved feeling?
Now I think that is weird!
