love handles

I'm a pretty thin girl

but my love handles are HUGE and because I'm tiny everywhere else they stick out like no other!! what is a way to lose them?!!?!?!?

I really wish I knew because I have the same exact problem!!! I have to wear jeans that are too big for me to hide my love handles. I hate them Cry

Try combining a healthier or 'clean' diet with some strengthening exercises.  Odd areas of 'podge' (love handles, spare tyre, cellulite)  in an otherwise thin person are usually due to fluid retention rather than fat.   If you drastically reduce things like refined sugar, preserved foods, processed foods, restaurant meals, 'diet' products,  salt, flavourings, colourings, caffeine, alcohol and similar from your diet that helps a huge amount.   Replace the fake foods with 'real food'.... dairy products, lean meat, fish, grains, beans, vegetables, fruit, olive oil, home-cooking.... and drink more water.  Get 1900-2000 cals a day - no need to skimp if you're very thin.  It's very effective.
