Okay hey everyone! Hope everything is going well with you and your diet life. :)

So basicallu i've been struggeling with these love handles for around 3-5 years. Now I have finally decided to get rid of them for this coming summer (Now that facebook pictures come up). Alright so my family has liek the petite ones, my mom and sister and i constantly get called big or something like that. I usually buy/wear empire waist clothing becuase my waist i relativly small and so are my legs. But im sick of not havein ghte perfect curvey like body, it's embarassing!

I have been doing crunches a lot and jumpo ropeing. I go on walks/runs everyday and i am attempting to stick to a 1600 calorie diet a day. But problem is IT IS SO HARD. It is so hard to resist food. And at the end of the day i'm like it's only food. It is only food.

So what i really need is som excersies to get rid of the muffin tops, becuase after doing over 100 crunches a day for about a week i heard they don't actually work!

Anyone having this problem and can help? Email me if you need motivation or something but right now guys i need yours ;)

I find that talking a walk everyday when im bored and being active works for me when im bored and to not eat food which consumes those extra calories that i dont need. Try to stay from the really fatty foods, unless its the good kind of fat thats in nuts, etc. Try to eat alot of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water to stay within the 1600 calorie goal for the day!

And if you dont buy unhealthy foods, and dont keep them in your house, you cant really eat them!!
