what is the best excercise (Cardio or Weights) to reduce love hands on a guy (me)?

haha I was just having this discussion with my mum... i've got some decent love handles going on lol... all I know if is doing lots of cardio, you can't spot train and generally the places with the least about of fat seems to come off first, and you just have to wait it out.
The best way to lose fat is by toning muscle. You should incorporate both cardio and weight training. I do spinning classes twice a week and they burn tons of calories. Or start jogging that'll tighten the ab muscles
If you have an exercise ball you can try doing side to side crunches by laying your back on it. You get a whole body workout through balancing on the ball and can kind of target those love handle areas to tone up the muscle. Cardio is a definite must though as it does have to come off all over.

I find that to get rid of stubborn love handles or things like that, it isn't even really about exercise. It might take a drastic change of diet to really get rid of the hard areas that don't respond to exercise. Your body will have to consume the fat in those areas, and you may have to change your intake and lifestyle to do so.
