Love Handles! Need I say more=)
I have never been a heavy person little bit of a belly, nothing my new workout shouldn't be able to conquer!
Yet all my life through my smallest days I have had love handles! They are stubborn! Please help me get rid of my love handles!!

walking every day for at least 1/2 hour helped to shape my butt nicely all over. it gave it a natural lift and the love handles went away. i can't say if the love handle thing was from dieting or walking though. i know you can't lose weight in certain areas like all those bowflex ads like to make you think. maybe it was butt muscle toning lol.
Awesome will give it a try! I thought about running but heard its bad on your heels, ankles, and knees!?
I run (maybe 40-45 miles a week) and I still got some little 'muffin tops'
I'm always told to do more weights! The more muscle you have the more fat your body will burn..
but it is also related to overall weight loss..I don't have much more to lose and my body took the fat from other parts (unfortunately lol)
Love handles are more about fat loss than weight loss. What is your diet like? What about your workout? HIIT and heavy lifting do the most to burn and get rid of fat but diet is key. Not just counting calories but paying attention to the kind of foods you are eating. Proper nutrition/clean eating. I did not get rid of my love handles until I realized that the kind of foods I was eating were important. Not just how many calories.
Complex carbs, lean meat and protein, fresh fruits and veggies, low-fat dairy, whole grains.
Cut back on simple carbs. Stay away from processed chemically altered foods, artificial sweeteners, fat free, sugar free and "diet" foods. Trans-fats, fast and fried foods.

It's a stretch to call this on topic but how the heck did "love handles" become an acceptable term? I mean, you can say that to a four year old kid and no-one would fault you. If I went around calling them f*** grips... let's just say I doubt it would go over as well. Yet they mean the exact same thing. I just don't get it.
