What exercise move do you love and which do you hate ?

I love doing crunches. Maybe it's because it's my last exercise in the work out lol jk. My waist is my favorite part of my body and anything to makes my stomach look better, makes me feel sexy. =)

I HATE doing lunges ! My thighs are the worst part of my body, they're huge and worthless. Lunges just kill me.

Fave: deadlifts.  Or maybe squats.  Whichever one I'm doing at the moment I guess.

Hate: stepups.  'Nuff said.

Love: burpees

Love - step aerobics, it's the one cardio workout I always come back to. And deadlifts, I love the way my back feels so energized after

hate- lunges..ugh too much work, the elliptical... BORING

Love: Swimming, running, ab workouts!! I especially love the ab moves "Dead bug", "Lower body twist", and reverse crunches!! Also love lifting with my chest, like dumbbell flys. 

Hate: STAIRMASTER. Seriously, I just want them all to die a slow and painful death. Also squats. Generally, I hate any leg strength training type moves (lunges and pop ups and such). My cardio is like 95% my legs, so they're usually pretty tired already. xD

 

I also have a major love/hate relationship with the elliptical. GAH I HATE IT, but I still go on it every time I'm at the gym. :P

Love -- dumbell shoulder presses.  I just love seeing those muscles bigger than most the mens in the gym LOL

Hate -- lunges or step ups oh or those romanian squats or whatever they are called where one foot is on a bench and you squat OMG the Pain!!!  

Since doing NROL fat Loss III I'm loving the workouts for how they've managed to kick me off the plataue I'd been on forever and make me "feel the burn" so muich.  Best workout I've done so far in both New Rules books.

It's challenging too, but I've noticed it's gotten a lot easier with time. :)
