Which healthy food do you love and which do you hate ?

I love eating my Multi-Grain Cheerios every morning with Skim Milk. <3 It's a great way to always start my morning.

I hate drinking Green Tea at night. =( So good but so horrid.

Love: Bananas, apples, berries, yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts/nut butters, hummus, avocado, tofu, most veggies. 

Hate: Oranges, pears, fruit juices, cauliflower, brussell sprouts, milk, cabbage, celery, rice of any kind. And I'm not a big fan of peas or most seafood.

It's hard to say which healthy foods to love because I love so many of them.

Hates:  Cottage Cheese although I have tried so hard to like it or even tolerate it but it brings up a gag reflex for me.  Same thing with oatmeal.  Want to love it but my body reacts against it quite violently.  Don't know why that is.

Loves: almost all fruits, a decent mix of veggies, tofu, hummus, etc...

Hates: all seafood (except tuna-- fresh and canned), mushrooms and broccoli

Health Food I Love: Fiber One cereal mixed with fat free flavored yogurt or mixed with fat free cottage cheese and peaches.

Health Food I Hate: I don't really hate any food (I think that's part of my problem!). Although I must admit, I much prefer junk food to health food.

I love: salad, tofu, quorn, whole wheat pasta and bread, apples, hummus, eggs, yoghurt... most things!

I hate: milk. I actually can't drink milk without being sick, I hate the taste so much. I hate nuts but recently have been trying almonds, which seem ok. Peas, brussell sprouts, tropical fruits (melons, grapefruits etc).

I love: yogurt, citrus fruits, apples bananas watermelon (almost all fruit), salad, mushrooms, asparagus, hot peppers, olives, tomatoes, carrots, celery, whole grain breads

don't like: nuts. bleh, eggplant, eggs or milk by themselves

I like most healthy (and unhealthy) foods too. I like pretty much all fruits and vegetables (or at least don't strongly dislike them).

Some of my favorite healthy foods are: Gala apples, blueberries, pineapple, baby carrots, double fiber ww bread, ff vanilla yogurt with flaxseed, oatmeal, cinnamon, chicken breast, and shellfish.

I HATE: eggs, olives, milk (by itself), beets, salmon, sauerkraut, and avacado

I love- tofu, oatmeal, blueberries, whole wheat bread, all nuts and nut butters, steamed broccoli, yogurt

I hate- raw onions (especially the smell!), milk, green bell peppers

I love a lot of healthy food...whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit, vegetables, raw almond butter, tofu, etc.


But I hate. hate hate hate hatehate prunes. Seriously I would rather die than eat one. SO DISGUSTING

 I agree-- prunes are disgusting!!! My mom tried to convince me that they tasted like raisins, but that is so not true!!

what's with all the lactose intolerance lmao. I love dairy. <3

Hate-

such a strong word, with the exception of prawns, I cant think of anything healthy I dislike, let alone hate!

Love - raw or lightly steamed/baked seafood, cottage cheese, nuts and nut butters, pumpkin/squashes/sweet potato, broccoli/spinach/cabbage/eggplant/garlic/onio ns, most fruits, clear soups, porridge, eggs.

 

Hate - celery, mushrooms, raw bell peppers.

I LOVE:  tofu, broccoli, dark leafy veggies (spinach, collard greens, kale, etc.), avocado, salmon, almonds & pistachios, most any fruit (especially green apples, watermelon, cantaloupe, plums, raspberries), brown rice... mmm so much more... i love fresh healthy food!

 

I HATE: raw tomatoes, celery... i really think that's it. oh i'm not a huge fan of the consistency of regular yogurt, but i do love greek yogurt so i just have that instead.

I love every kind of healty food...and I feel great eating dieting foods...That's why I'm so good with my "healty diet nutrition" now and the only difference,when I reach my goal weight,will be the supplement of potatoes,rice,fullgrainy bread and two times per week everything else.. :)

Living healty is awesome!

 

healthy foods i love: dried fruits, and most fruits, squash, pumpkin, ezekiel bread, whole wheat pasta, greek yogurt, granola, goji berries, flax, nuts(almons, peanuts, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts) seeds(sunflower and pumpkin) Nut Butters! OATMEAL, hemp milk. tea,grains.(quinoa, brown rice, millet, etc..) carrot juice, smoothies. kale.

 

foods i dont like: i dont like, tofu(even thought i eat it bc i am a veggie, but i neve make it 'good' lol...i should like look up a good tofu recipe...maybe i am just bored of it ? :)    tomatos, grapefruit, soy sauce,  unsweetened almond milk like the 40 cal kind ew...i dont like grapes. hmm cant think of too much lol

 

I love all healthy food, fruits - particularly berries, bananas and mangoes, all grain products, especially grain and artisan breads, most fish and shellfood, almost all vegetables, particularly all types of potatoes - I could go on.  All dried fruits as well.  I'm quite fond of home made pies and specialty cakes, like this is news?

I'm not crazy about turnip, unless it is mixed with sweetener, coconut and cinnamon, or raw celery,   You can't make me eat lima beans, scallops, cod, kippers, smoked eel, any form of herring (ate the latter 2 when I lived in Holland as a kid) liver, - except liverwurst - snails, and probably a few other things.  I'm quite adventurous and will try anything at least once,

The most revolting item that I have ever eaten is a Chinese delicacy called the 100 year egg.  It is an egg buried in sand for 100 days, and then eaten.  By then it has turned into a green jell, and has a disgusting smell.  I had to eat at least one bite because I had agreed to a dare.  I was told by someone in the store that notwithstanding the smell it would taste delicious.  That's the biggest lie anyone has ever told me.  Don't do it.  I spit it out as soon as I tasted it.  Never again.

I hope that I haven't sickened the crowd with that description!

Hate: raw broccoli, peanut butter, apricots, cashews, melted cheese, fish

I love most healthy food ...but  dislike most veggies.   I make myself eat them.

Love - almost all food except fish (except tuna). I love other seafoods, however.

Hate - fish, especially salmon. I don't hate, it, but won't go out of my way to eat it, won't order it either.
