dude, i live on the 60 cal ones.  I just had a peach one.  I put Trader Joes O's in them and call it heaven.  SO GOOO.  *high five*
good for you . . .

Aren't we just so fortunate to have so many delicious foods to eat -- no one need ever feel deprived!!
I love those yogurts, they are divine, aren't they?  They always seem to make me hungry later, though--I mean if I have one, or even two for lunch at 11, I am hungry again by 11:30.  Granted, my metabolism is pretty high considering I'm only 16, but still--shouldn't something that's high in protein make me feel full and not starved?  Anyway, I do agree with you all in that they are delicious.  I also REALLY love hose Yoplait Whips.  UNnggh they are so good.  They're pretty bad for you but they are amazing...especially the Key Lime and Lemon Meringue flavors.  They don't fill you up, but they only have about 140 calories and they are so worth it (to me anyway).  I hear you're supposed to get at least 3 servings of dairy every day to help boost your metabolism.  Do the Light n' Fit things count as 1 serving or 2?
i love them too! but i put their stats in calorie count and they got a C.  whyyyyy?

I live on the 60 calorie ones too!  They are sooooo good!  Love the White Chocolate-Raspberry, the Blackberry and the Strawberry-Banana.

I make a morning protein shake out of one Light & Fit, one can of Slim Fast Optima and half a scoop of Trader Joe's Vanilla Protein powder.  Total of 300 calories and really fills me up for several hours.  If you throw a few ice cubes in it gets really frosty and tastes like a milk shake.  Favorite combo is any of the above flavors of yogurt with vanilla Slim Fast, or Cherry or Raspberry with Chocolate Slim Fast.
yummy. i agree i always have a big container of the vanilla one in the fridge. oh and that protein shake sounds delish katieloab!
they have gelatin in them. just fyi.
I wished they taste good to me.... I tried them but didn't enjoy them at all.....
I love the 60 cal strawberry banana- tastes like a smoothie! ^^

I'm not a fan of original/plain, though.
I just froze one of the 60 calorie strawberry banana ones in the freezer and topped it with a bit of cool whip. Soooo good. And they have alot of protein, which is always on the low end of my diet. So these are perfect!

How big are the 45 calorie ones? The 60 calorie ones are 6 oz.
When I really want something sweet, I mix in a tbsp of reduced sugar strawberry jam into the strawberry yogurt. Then it really feels like a dessert but keeps my calories in check :]
I cut up 1/2 a banana and about 5 strawberries and mix it with the nonfat vanilla. SOOO GOOOD MMMM. The perfect dessert.

I'm gonna go make some right now.

I use the 60 calorie raspberry or vanilla light n fit yogurt and make a smoothie by adding raspberries, ice, and a slash of juice.  Put it in the blender and you have an awesome smoothie that is only about 120 calories!!!!
