I love orange juice...
...but a 12 oz serving is 170 calories.
Today I found Trop50 from Tropicana, which has 80 calories!
I'm excited bc I love oj but have avoided it for some time bc I don't like to drink my calories. Thought I'd put this out there for anyone who feels similarly.
Is it orange juice? Or orange drink? I love orange juice too, but I've not given it up -- I limit myself to 1/2 a cup (4oz) and that usually suits me. I usually have toast and a smoothie and put the juice in that, or toast and egg whites, and juice on the side. It took awhile to get used to that small amount but it works now. If that Trop50 is really juice or mostly juice, I may have to check it out, too.

here is a link for it.
When I get on an OJ kick, I dilute it with seltzer water - good for cutting the calories (and OJ can be a little sweet for me) but also gives it a nice bubbly kick.

it is not a juice. the carton says that it only has something like 40% juice. it tastes like watered down oj or weak tang. on a budget it would be better to buy reg oj and dilute yourself.
i love the trop50!!! i think regular oj taste too sweet, and the cals and sugar?holly caw!i only have juice maybe once a week, but my daughter loves oj and she likes this new one ,and i am so glad!
