 Forgot to weigh in sat, but down just a pound, just happy I didn't gain, didn't do very good this week. Hopefully see more next weekend!

I was bad Friday  night so I waited until Sunday to weigh in, and didnt like that number so I went for a good run and did really good yesterday and weighed in last night...still cant believe how much I fluctuate in just a day or two! overall down about 1 lb.  not sure if it is real weight loss though--but I am trying really hard on the no drinking thing and trying to eat healthier when I eat late at night (like no spoon fulls of peanut butter).  My goal is to avoid alcohol until Dec 23rd--wish me luck!  I am determined to look good for my 23rd in Feb!!  I think we are renting a cabin with some friends and there is a hot tub involved.  There is no way i would put on a bathing suit now--but knowing I have to soon is good motivation!

I have been good.   working out almost every day and eating well.   lots of water.     trying to be chill about the holidays.    ( :  

hope all of you are well and happy.     Are we still losing some before February????  come on, ladies! 

 

201 this morning. Down 6# since initial weigh in!

weighed in today...down 4 pounds since we started....6 more to go before my birthday! still having trouble making it to the gym but I think I am going to cut back my crazy work hours next week so I can get in the habit of it ~!
