I can't express how much I love tea! There are sooooo many different kinds and flavors to try and the best part-- ZERO CALORIES! :) without milk or sugar of course. My favorites-- "TAZO Zen Green Tea" and "Stash- White Chai"... if you haven't discovered the magic of tea yet... I suggest you try to drink it more! :)
I'm with ya!
I brew a cup of tea and then pour it over ice (because I prefer iced tea to hot tea). I drink it unsweetened, but there are so many great flavors out there, I don't miss the sugar.
Three cheers for tea.
Tea is very nice especially when it’s cold outside. Plus I don’t get all jittery of it like coffee
Im a lady grey fan. Black tea with Bergmount, lemon and organge. If thats not avalible just Earl Grey, with or without soya milk. Nothing better than tea, was brough up on a couple of cups a day and hadnt even tried coffee till i was 16+, hate it.
Yeah, I can't express how much I love it, either! Getting in and having a cuppa is probably my favourite time of day! I'm not big on flavoured teas (and def not iced tea!). I just like "normal tea" with soya milk ... and sugar sometimes as a bit of a treat. Peppermint tea, blackcurrant fruit tea and lemon and ginger are alright ... oh, and chamomile before bed sometimes. All the others just taste the same (and eurgh) to me.
After reading this i just ran to Starbucks for a huge bucket of Earl Grey with Soya milk. Could have just made it in the office but those dinky cups werent going to surfice my urge that you created.
Definitely craving tea too but just not the type in the house. I have some earl gray but I really want oolong or Darjeeling or even some chi. If only the local grocery store carried something other than the flavored stuff and diet tea.
Now that it is finally getting cold in TX (has been in the freakin 80s) I am loving my tea again. It just gets too hot here sometimes to really enjoy a cup. I actually picked up Gingerbread Spice by Celestial Seasonings. OMG, so good. Add 1/2 packet of splenda, so awesome. I also love green tea, darjeeling, any flavor!
there is nothing that can even compare to unsweetened mint-green tea over ice.
It's fantastic AND refreshing!
Stash makes a delicious green chai tea as well!
I'm a tea addict! I only drink caffeinated teas, and I don't like most flavorings. Really good English breakfast tea is probably my favorite, although I've gone through Earl Grey phases as well. I drink enough tea that I can't afford to always have the good stuff, so plain old Lipton (Red Rose, I believe, for the Canadians on here) is my standby most of the time. I don't like sweetened tea AT ALL (unless it's really good homemade chai) but I sometimes will add a little bit of milk or cream.
One of my pet peeves is a poorly brewed cup of tea.
They stopped carrying Stash teas at the grocery store here. In college some friends and I would walk downtown to this nice little teashop. They had an amazing tea list teas from white to black assorted herbals and every combination. Lose leaf tea is fantastic!
i LOVEEEE tea! but my friends look at me weirdly whenever i order an unsweetened iced tea at starbucks. "you come to starbucks just to drink...TEA??" so they exclaim. they just don't get tea like we do. :D
[oh! the only downside of tea is that they stain our teeth! urgh.]
Aaaah. I love making some homemade sweet tea and having it over ice in the summer.
When it's cold I love to go to the Whole Foods tea section and I pick up my faves:
Warm & Spicy: Spiced Chai (I have it with honey and with or without a spot of milk)
Warm & Sweet: Vanilla Almond (ditto)
Sleepytime (for bed time when I am avoiding caffeine)
mmmmm....
i just spent $100 on tea.
i went a bit overboard, but i thought i should share the joy of tea with everyone.
$100 how did yu manage that? A really good box of tea is only a few £s. I bought a hamper of fancy Tea in Harrods yesterday for christmas pressie and that was only £40 and came with shortbread biscuits and everything.
$100 of tea is a lot of caffine! Enjoy it though :-)
I like plum tea I drink it everyday over ice without sugar!!! It is wonderful, also blueberry is a good tea!!! I know what you mean about spending $100.00 . . .you may as well if you buy 2-3 teas a week it is going to cost about $15.00-$20.00!!!
If you really like teas, I suggest going to Teavana....You will love it.
I love tea also, but I'm a southern gal, so we drink ours sweet.

Ladies, if you love tea, when drinking it cold, ALWAYS use a straw. I get so many compliments on how white my teeth are and they've never been bleached, and I drink a helluva lot of tea. I ALWAYS use straws with EVERYTHING I drink, except water.
If you like Stash Tea, you have GOT to try their Holiday Chai. Someone gave me a packet of it last year for Christmas and it has become my most favorite tea. I spent about $50 this year on Stash Teas, but they are so worth the money. I love those "ahhhh" moments you get when you drink a really great tea.
I love tea! I'm more than happy with my current teas, but any recommendations for a really good flavor that is sweeter than most? (Or at least gives the hint of sweetness, like peppermint/cinnamon or something)
