I love the toolbar but it gives my IE errors =/

So I absolutely love the toolbar but I had to uninstall it because more than half the time of opening an IE window it would lock up and just say it is loading forever. The program says it has stopped responding when I rightclick on it to close the IE and then it closes all IE windows and wants to send an error report to Microsoft. I am running IE 8 which I think is the newest one since my husband had me download it like 1 week ago or so.  Is this a known error? Since uninstalling it I am able to freely open up IE windows and have not had any errors. Thank you!

If checking the help page did not help you -- you would be better suited to sending this directly to the web guys.  Just click the "contact" button which is on the bottom of every page.  Make sure you change the default address using the pulldown menu -- but you should get a fairly quick response

hey.. I had issues with this as well and did everything (and anything) to fix this but nothing helped. I checked a few different sources which suggested changing to Mozilla and I did. I have not had issues with it since.

I will ask my husband if I can use Mozilla then.. or something other than IE.. I don't want to mess up the computer and his profession is computers so its best if he does that! I have loaded viruses before without downloading or checking email.. cuz I guess I am just pro like that..
