hello all, im almost 28 and need to lose at least 60lbs in 18mths as ive been asked to be my best friends matron of honour!! ive really struggled with my weight following havin my 3 daughters and im happily married so had no real motivation to lose it before now. 

i weighed myself today and was shocked to see i weigh 190lbs so ive just joined cc today as i feel overwhelmed by the task as i like my food and im not that keen on exercise! lol.

it would be great to have people to share good days and bad days with

I wish all the luck to you.  You sound like me - you like you're food and aren't too keen on the exercise.  When I get myself to exercise I feel fantastic afterwords, but I can never get myself to that point.  Good luck and hopefully we  can all help you through your journey.

I'm in the same boat, I started calorie count about a month ago, But I have good days and bad. My weakness is chocolate! I am also a mother of 2 boys and married, I work full time and go to school part time. Not much room for exercise but I finally joined the gym last week. Hopefully we can lose weight together! I need to lose about 30 lbs. Hopefully by next summer!

Hi- I'm also 28 years old. I have 2 girls- one is going to be 5 years old on Friday and the other is 7 months. I also need to lose about 60 lbs. I currently weigh 192. I started at 198 so I've at least lost 6 lbs just by trying to watch my calorie intake. I have no time to exersize and I have a sit down job that is just killing my exersize time. I work from 6:45 in the am until 4:30 in the afternoon then it's about 20 minutes home. So my home time is pretty limited for exersize. I also love chocolate but since I've been trying not to eat the sweats I haven't been craving it like I used to. Except around that time of the month and then I just have to give in. I don't eat red meat and drink a ton of water. So that's a plus for me but I just don't have time to exersize, I have to make feed the girls and clean the house up and before you know it it's bed time. I go to bed early with the girls because I require a lot of sleep and I'm still having to get up once a night with the baby for a bottle. I have all my pre-baby clothes that I need to get into. I would like to get down to at least a size 9-10. My 4 year old is telling people that her mommy is chubby and that really hurts. I hate being this big and all this excess weight from the kids needs to leave ASAP! I would love to have some support from someone like you that is in the same boat as me!!
