Just returned from several weeks in the Cherokee Mountains in NC and as always was so excited to see the Bay!! It is so good to be home and I know I am as soon as I see that beautiful expanse of water. This area should inspire us all to be healthy and fit and when I look at my body since being here (about 7 yrs now) I realize that I have forgotten to focus on getting out and enjoying the beautiful land and water that we live on. Would love to hear how others are returning to the joy of this paradise we live in as they work on becoming healthier and stronger! So what is everyone doing in the TB area???
