Low-Cal Banana Chip Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups banana
1/4 cup splenda
3 egg whites
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients

  2. Add to wet ingredients

  3. Fold in chocolate chips

  4. Fill paper muffin cups half to three-quarters full

  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon

  6. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 20 minutes
