| 1 | box yellow cake mix |
| 1/2 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 1/3 | cup nonfat yogurt |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
- Stir together wet ingredients, add to dry and mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet and bake 15 mins @ 350. These are very cake like, but at only 66 calories each, de-lish.
- Can substitute any flavor cake mix.
