Thanks everyone for the responses to my last post about eating late.
I also am wondering if there are any tasty desserts/snacks that are low cal. I'm not a big fan of 100 cal. packs.

fat/sugar -free jello pudding cups are 60 cal per container.
Non-fat yogurt is also 60 cal per container.
Applesauce I believe is 80 cal per container.
Sugar-free jello is only 10 cal per half cup.
I love my rice cakes, they're 60 calories per cake.
Carrots and a fat free dip, about 65 cal (depending on how many cal are in the kind you choose).
I just found some fat free hot chocolate for 50 cal per packet. Mmm, I'm havin' some of that tonight, with a li'l fat free cool whip on top ... 65 cal total.
I hope you like some of these ...

I love Blue Bunny fat-free no sugar added ice cream for that finishing touch of sweet. It's 90 calories for 1/2 cup.
There are also some fudgecycles that are 40 Cal and applesauce that is around 100 cal.

no pudge makes some strawberry shortcake ice cream bars that I love, 0 fat and 90 calories. the no pudge brownies are 120 calories I think.
fresh fruit is great if in season and ripe --but in the winter I use frozen and especially like dark sweet cherries just slightly thawed for 90 calories a cup. Also this time of year the ruby red grapefruit from Texas I believe is very sweet and delicious and I think under 50 calories per serving/1/2
I love the Jell-O fat free pudding, so good.
What I love is mixing the following:
Sillhouette Fat free yogurt = 50 calories
and then adding fresh blueberries and raspberries. It's sweet and it does the trick.

Barbaraallen, thanks for the french toast recipe. It sounds too good to pass up. I have been needing some variation in my breakfast. I wish I had thought of this; and earlier.
no problem! I used to liek try to eat very little and stuff, but I think it's better if liek you eat good stuff, like the french toast couse it's SO SO good for you! also oat meal with splenda is really good, and might not be that low in cals, but it fills you up and is SO good for you! try it.

baked pear with splenda and a dash of cinnamon
We've got some Quaker Breakfast bars in the house right now that are 130 cals. We've also had granola bars. . . also Quaker, I think? that were only 100 cals per bar and really good! I like yogurt for a snack. . . sometimes I put a little granola or something on it. I try to eat fruits and veggies for snacks when they're in the house, especially apples, strawberries, carrots, or cucumbers. Looking back through my diet log, I think mostly if I have a snack it's yogurt or fruit ^_^ . Maybe I don't suck as much as I thought?
Hey Missryn. Do you like chocolate? If yes, have you tried ZBars by CLIF?
There are 3 flavors - peanut butter, apple caramel, and chocolate
brownie and CB is my favorite. They are delicious, don't contain corn
syrup, all organic and delicious! Also, only 120 cals! (they were
created for kids but I am 29 and my boyfriend 39 and we both love them!
They have them at Trader Joes for $0.49)
Did you look up the reciepe on Diet coke cake?
There are these new iced smoothies by del monte, mago or red berry flavour i think, 97 calories, practically no fat and 23ish carbs ish. They are really sweet and i love them!
