Low-cal drinks that taste good?
Anyone have any ideas for some good low-cal drinks? I can't do anything with aspertame or splenda in it because they make me really sick. I'm good with sucralose, though, so I've been having the Propel fitness water. Anyone else have any suggestions? :)
Thanks!

Someone was talking about sobe leans, Im not sure whats in them though. I like enery drinks like Amp sugar free, but I only sip on one a day or maybe every other day. You could try the different flavored teas they make.
i'm a HUGE fan of fuze slenderize drinks.. they come in 4 flavors and only have 20 cals per bottle! they are kinda hard to find though, at least in my area only 1 store has them
Be careful with the energy drinks. The ones that contain taurine can cause high blood pressure in teens and young adults. I had this problem even a week after I stopped drinking them. Def don't drink more than 1, even though a can is actually 2 servings. Also, splenda is sucralose, just a brand-name. You could try getting no sugar added grape juice and diluting it a bit with selzer water. Less calories and still fizzy.
Do they still make Le Croix? I used to drink those years ago.
I started a similar thread a little while ago here:

edit: for some reason when posted it puts a space in the middle of those numbers. I can't get it to show up without that. Just paste it in the address bar then delete the space between the 9 and 1. I don't know how to post it as a link.
celestial seasonings tea has 0 cals... caffeine free depending on what type you get.
how can you not be ok with splenda but fine with sucralose?? splenda is the brand name, sucralose is the generic term...
Try some unsweeted teas, Honest Tea, Teas tea green teas, Republic of Tea are a few brands. If you need them sweeter, try adding some Stevia (can be found amongst supplements and vitamins in various stores). It's made from a plant and not chemical like all the other sweeteners.
Crystal Light or Walmarts version of Peach Tea (not overly peachy). The walmart brand makes an apple drink thats amazing if your a fan of apple juice - obviously not that sugar kick of the juice but really genuine apple taste.
I never been a fan of crystal light but they just started this new version called "Live Active" they are the individuals found in a box. VERY GOOD! Taste just like Cool Aid . Plus it has 3 grams of Fiber.
I'm addicted to Crystal Lite
I drunk half a gallon in the last 4 hours
I'm peeing like there is no tomorrow
hahahahaha
My favourite low cal drinks are:
- Large cup of tea (orange pekoe or earl grey) with 2 teaspoons of milk and 2 sweetners. It's Roughly 20 calories.
-Monter Reduced Carb energy drink, tastes great and give you a boost when you need it for only 10 calories! Once you regularly start drinking it, you don't get then energy boost anymore. :[ But it still tastes great!
-Crystal Light, mmm. I love how I can drink 10 cups of "juice" for only 25 calories if I wanted to.
I second the earl grey tea w/ milk and sweetener....my FAVORITE!
DIET V-8, WATER, COKE ZERO, WYLERS LIGHT
Sparkling water...I have noticed that some make me feel bloated and nasty while others don't. But there are so many different flavors and they are so good.
Yeah, I was thinking Sweet-N-Low, not Splenda. My apologies for the confusion.
I appreciate all the drink ideas!
if you can find it, lots of stores carry propel in powdered form, which is much cheaper than the bottled stuff - you just add it to your own sports bottle full of tap water :)
you can also find propel on sale ALWAYS at Target!
you might want to pick up one of those new PUR water filters with a flavor dispenser in it - you can make your own unsweetened, lightly flavored water at home, right from the tap!
whatever you do, DON'T bother trying the new G2 from gatorade... it's awful. and you DON'T need to drink saltwater when you're not working out - most of us get more than enough salt as it is.
What about Vitarain? From Kirkland (Costco?) It's calorie free, no carbs, or anything like that, just vitamins, only thing is that if ya drink too much of it then you'll get a headache, always happens to me!
