low cal idea for popcorn

i use a spray bottle filled with vinegar to spray onto my popcorn and i add a tincy bit of salt. mmm salt n vinegar goodness :P

Yum! I myself use a squirt or 2 of lime juice and chili powder!

mmmm thats sounds goo too, ill have to try that...any other ideas out there??

Does the popcorn stay crisp?  I've had problems with soggy kernals when I spray on anything.  I have fresh, air popped corn about once a week and would love a flavor boost like that.

i just buy pop secret 100 calorie pop. its quite salty and buttery already... I used to eat mustard on my popcorn. I KNOW dont ask... I've also seen a lot of people sprinkle tabasco on theirs.  That's low cal.  I might try that :)

nutritional yeast is soooooooo good on popcorn!  it has the cheetos effect on your fingers, though.

I spray a little Bragg's Amino Acids (so good for you too), sprinkle garlic powder, basil and black pepper, then add parmesan cheese....it's the best, really!!
