A low cal recipe of Macaroni and Cheese. Adapted from a cooking light recipe.
| 3 | cups pasta, cooked |
| 2 | cups cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded |
| 1 | cup cottage cheese, non-fat |
| 3/4 | cup sour cream, non-fat |
| 1/2 | cup skim milk |
| 2 | tbsp onion, grated |
| 1/2 | tspn salt |
| 1/2 | tspn pepper |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 1/4 | cup breadcrumbs |
Mix together all ingredients except breadcrumbs. Pour into cassarole dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 for roughly 30 minutes.
