This is a low cal soup to make you feel full for a long time. Great for at an end of a meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Cal Red Cabbage Vegetable Soup(no meat)

12 cups water
12 g Organic Vegetable Bouillon
10 oz Cabbage
5 oz Red Cabbage
7 oz Carrot
5 oz Tomato
12 oz Potatoe, peeled and cut into cubes
1/2 oz Fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Low Cal Red Cabbage Vegetable Soup(no meat)

  1. Boil water

  2. Add bouillon cube to water and let boil for a few minutes.

  3. Pre cut and wash vegetables and add to soup base,

  4. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 2 hours or until vegetables are soft.

  5. Serve and enjoy.

  6. *You do not need to add any salt because of the bouillon cube but if you wish to add a dash more it would be ok.
