More or less chili powder can be used to vary flavour, and feel free to add more vegetables!
| 90 | grams firm tofu |
| 4 | ml chili powder |
| 7 | ml worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 | onion, chopped |
| 1/4 | green pepper |
| 1/2 | carrot, diced |
| 5 | ml oil |
| 250 | ml tomato sauce |
| 125 | ml kidney beans |
| 1 | clove garlic, crushed |
| 1/2 | ml basil |
| 1 | ml cumin |
| 1 | ml cayenne pepper |
- Mash tofu with a fork and mix with chili powder and worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Saute onions, green peppers, and carrots in oil over medium heat until onions are transparent
- Add tofu mixture and saute until tofu is brown
- Stir in tomato sauce, kidney beans, spices, and garlic. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve heated.
