ml worcestershire sauce
Directions
Mash tofu with a fork and mix with chili powder and worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
Saute onions, green peppers, and carrots in oil over medium heat until onions are transparent
Add tofu mixture and saute until tofu is brown
Stir in tomato sauce, kidney beans, spices, and garlic. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve heated.
