Low-Calorie Apple Mini Muffins Recipe

Low-calorie and low-fat!

Ingredients
1 egg
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp nutmeg
3/4 cup 2% milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 cup raw oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup grade A 100% pure maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet and then dry ingredients just until mixed. Spoon into mini muffin tin and bake about 15 minutes.
