| 3/4 | oz. Bran Cereal |
| 1/2 | tsp. baking soda |
| 2/3 | c. dry milk (nonfat) |
| 1 1/2 | tsp. cinnamon |
| 4 | tsp. oil |
| 5 | pkg. Splenda |
| 2 | tbsp. honey |
| 4 | tbsp. raisins |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1 | c. unsweetened applesauce |
- Break bread into crumbs. Beat eggs; mix all. Spray tin with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- VARIATION: Omit cinnamon and raisins and substitute 2 bananas for the applesauce.
