just to be lame, i decided to reply to my own post, but heres 3 things that get me my chocolate fix:

1.) Trader Joe's Low Fat Cats Cookies, chocolate flavored of course!

--yes, they're high in sugar, but they've got a tiny amount of fat!
--they're kinda crunchy and dry tasting at first, but with a small glass of skim milk or decaf coffee, you're set!

2.) Kraft- Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling Chocolate
http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-kraft- foods-puddings-jell-o-i19275
--high in sodium and all the craziest things you couldnt pronounce, but low in calories! :]

3.) Skinny Cow- Mini Fudge Bars
http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-skinny -cow-mini-fudge-bars-i124625
--each mini bar contains 50 calories
--first ingrediant is skim milk. YAY!

and on a last note; Dentyne Blast ChocoMint Sugar Free Gum
delish, and gets you started with a chocolate flavor, and leaves you chewing on a mint flavor after about 10 min.

Chapman's fat free dutch chocolate yogurt

decaf coffee with one teaspoon hershey's hot chocolate

baskin robins chocolate mint sugar free hard candy

mmmmm I guess you should take those pharmacy chocolates that barely add any preservatives or extra sugar...they're pretty good...however keep in mind when those companies try to eliminate a certain mal-nutrient like sugar or fat they substitute it with something thats either better or worst...however if you tasted the real original chocolate it tastes bitter...so I guess you can count on those sugar-free chocolates if they have some biterness in them. =]

any slim fast snack bar, the little chocolate ones you can buy in boots/most supermarkets. you can get chocolate caramel, or chocolate penut butter. They only have 99 calories and around 3 grams of fat.

Chocolate mini milks- theyre low fat/calorie childrens ice cream things. theyre quite small but the chocolate flavour is creamy/milky so it deals as an embarasing chocolate fix :p

When I crave chocolate cake, I make the diet cola cupcakes: Add 1 can of diet coke to 1 box of chocolate cake mix. Bake as directed on box. The cupcakes end up at around 100 calories each. I add some cool whip free for icing. You can also do this with any type of diet soda and any type of boxed cake.

Here are several incredible chocolate products that are low cal, plus some awesome low cal chocolate recipes!

Wow, the diet cola cupcakes sounds amazing!  Does the soda change the taste at all?

Each M&M only has 5 calories. ;) Eat em' sloooooww!

The Kraft ready-made sugar free puddings are awesome and I also survive on sugar free fudgsicles which are 75 calories each.

I'm a great baker and I always try to convince myself that the treats I make at home don't count because it's not made in a factory with preservatives, but my rationale brain always reminds me of the butter and sugar that went into the home baked goodies!

I always thought that the Mini Tootsie Rolls were supposed to be low-fat/low-cal so I bought some for myself today thinking it would keep me out of the Grandma's Goodies cookies in the breakroom.  But when I looked on the net to find out how many calories to add to my daily intake I found out that each one has 170 calories!!!  I am shocked!  (No wonder they're my favorite. Tongue out)  I'm searching through the forum to find myself another alternative that I can keep stashed in my desk at work that will keep for a good amount of time.  Any suggestions for that?  I've noticed quite a few things that are baked or that need to go in the freezer.  If I bring something like that in my co-workers will surely snag them!

Thanks guys!

Hey..New to the group.

My chocolate addiction is always been my diet downfall.  We always have food at work and I can't stay away.  I love the 100 Calorie Packs.  I can keep them in my desk and I like getting to eat the whole back.  The best are the Reese's Sweet and Salty with pretzels, peanut butter and chocolate chips.

swiss mix diet coco gets me through my chocalate cravings
