When I put in my food items for the day I am surprised by how few calories it adds up to. For example I ate three meals, a scone and icecream today and it says I have only 1500 calories. Is anyone else finding their count seems low?
I admit that I have never really counted calories and have assumed that I have always eaten too many...

Check your portion sizes - what you are consuming and what you're logging may be quite different. For example, a portion of meat is about the size of a pack of cards. Try measuring stuff out for a few weeks - you'll get the hang of portion sizes pretty quickly. Good luck!
