Most desserts made from apples are low calorie, but the good thing about modern times is that u can just visit ur nearest supermarket and find low fat pudding, cake, icecream, pie...anything! Just watch the calories at the back and enjoy it.  Why deprive urself when u don't have to, hehe.

There's a thread full of suggestions here:http://caloriecount.about.com/need-something- sweet-gt47-289

Sugar-free jello

Sugar-free pudding (in the box, not pre-made)

Sugar-free Fudgesicles (or any sugar free popsicle typically)

Dreyer's Double-Churned Light Ice Cream (low cal for an ice cream)

Cooked apples with sugar-free maple syrup or caramel

Fat-free Cool Whip (don't laugh, it's great by itself or with berries)

Or anything you want, in a small enough portion  :D

cut an apple into pieces and microwave it untell it is hot and semi mushy. you can add spices (cinnamin, cloves) and sweetener (splenda ect. if you're not opposed to artificial stuff). it's yummy like this or with some kind of rice cake (i like carmel). or with vanilla yogurt

I think it's funny that we're all suggesting apples to her. Great minds think alike, eh?

OK, so this isn't healthy healthy, but it's one of my favs in the summer and it does fill me up and keep the sweet tooth at bay: Diet Rootbeer Float with Diet Rootbeer (0 cals) and non-fat frozen yogurt (110 cals) or that sugar-free, fat-free, double-churned Breyer's ice cream (90 cals).

The frozen yogurt is better for you because of the protein and live cultures, but the Breyers is lower-cal.

I mean, 90 cals TOTAL for a rootbeer float? That's effin AWESOME! And the bubbly rootbeer really makes you feel full.

I'm not suggesting apples, I am suggesting STRAWBERRIES!!!

Awesomest fruit ever!  When they're deep red all over is when they're ripest and sweetest.  Have them as they are....9cal per really big one, 2cal per really small one.  People have also recommended frozen (unsweetened) strawberries...only 77cal for 221g of thawed berries...52cal for 149g unthawed.

canned or pureed mango....yum!

Oh yeah! Canned pumpkin (actual pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix) and you add splenda and cinnamon or some sugar-free maple syrup.

You can even add fat free cool whip. It's like a pumpkin pie. Mmm.

I'm a huge fan of frozen peaches...they take a little while to eat and they just taste awesome...you don't even need to buy the "sweetened" ones, trust me.

I second the frozen yogurt reccomendation. You can get some really yummy low fat ones at your local icecream shop, I'm sure.

Melons, strawberries, and grapes are my favourite fruits, and they're really sweet!

Fruits, berries, low fat yogurt sweetened with stevia...etc.  Most fruits and berries are less than 100 calories per cup and if you don't eat man made sugars on a regular basis, they will be more than sweet enough for you...

oatmeal micro'ed with apple slices in it is delish - or the light yogurt with 1/2 - 1 c strawberry halves and even a cut up banana.

haha yess i love strawberries and how low cal they are! 1 c = 49 cals (!!)  :)

angel food cake with strawberrys and cool whip. Very low in calories and yummy!!

I love fresh, pureed strawberries with a touch of sweetener poured over sliced bananas.  You can eat it as is, or serve it with angel food cake or fat free cool whip...Mmmmm!!!

Mock pumpkin pie - 1/2 cup PURE canned pumpkin, 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese, a sprinkle of sweetener (your choice), cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.  Mix it up and VOILA!!

Skinny Cow makes some wonderful ice cream sandwiches!!  I like the mint and peanut butter ones the best!

my favourite quick dessert is berrys blended with ice to make a nice slushy

strawberries and raspberry's are good

a little mint to freshen it up is also good :)

The Skinny Cow makes a great ice cream sandwich! They are only 140 calories and are very yummy for being low fat.  Try them! They are very good!
