I copied this from someone else on a different forum on a different site, but I swear its probably the best tasting diet friendly cake I have EVER had, so I just had to share. It sounds terrible, but trust me its pretty delicious.

Chocolate flax protein cake (2 servings, approx 135 cals, 12g Protein,  6g Fiber per serving):

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Recommended BSN Lean Dessert)

1/2 cup milled flax seed

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

 cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

1/4 cup egg substitute

1/2 teaspoon butter or light olive oil

2 Tbsp coffee or water

mix together the first five ingredients in a small microwave safe bowl. Add the last two and microwave on High for 1:30. I usually eat it hot from the microwave, but i also goes good with (and is light enough to go with) some fat-free cottage cheese/ yogurt or 1TB of natural pB.

I think it's fun to take a Nabisco 100 graham cracker crisps pack  (or you can use cereal like life or golden grahams) and make little mini smores with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips!

Just take a graham cracker crisp and put a 1-3 chocolate chips on it, top it with a marshmallow and another graham cracker, and microwave for 10 seconds or so. Or make a plate full.

:-D
best desert in the world-- Raspberry Souffle:

approximately: 1 1/2 eggwhites per person (approx 25 cals) 1/4-1/2 punnet raspberries per person (approx 80 cals)

preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius

whizz the raspberries in a food processor then heat them on the stove until all water has evaporated (if you want to add any sugar do so at this stage) -- allow to cool.

once the raspberries are at room temperature beat the eggwhites untill they are hard.

slowly fold the raspberries and egg whites together using a metal spoon SOFTLY.

pour mixture into souffle dishes (i just use tea cups because it looks cute) and put in oven for approximately 18 minutes- or until they have risen-- DO NOT OPEN OVEN UNTIL COOKED.

YUM- sometimes i add a tablespoon of whipped cream to mine or strawberries coated in equal sugar. extremely low calorie and delicious!

Anyone like dark chocolate? I made this one up with help from a newspaper recipe I found. I changed about 90% of it to make it 30g for 109 calories, less if you omit the walnuts. Give it a try and let me know what you think?!

Pretty much any one of the light options from Starbucks. A Grande Coffee Light Frappuccino is around 150 calories and can be jazzed up with zero[or practically zero]- calorie sugarfree syrups.
Ice Cream Sundae Made With........ 1 Cup Carb-A-Whey Ice cream, Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup, Walden Farms Caramel, and Walden Farms Marshmallow Fluff------------Just under 50 calories!!!

Root Beer Float Made With........... Diet Root Beer and 1 Cup Carb-A-Whey Ice Cream-------------- Just under 50 calories.

Chatilla's Bakery Cinnamon Roll or Boston Napoleon------------- 50 calories

Sugar Free Jello----------- 5 calories

10 Heavenly Desserts Meringue Cookies-------- 40 calories

Homeade S'Mores Made With............. Keebler Low Fat Graham Cracker, Walden Farms Marshallow Fluff, Walden Farms Chocolate Dip............ About 60 calories

I get awful sweets and carb cravings. This might sound weird but I had the most delicious dessert tonight!

1/2 cup breyers double churn fat free chocolate fudge brownie ice cream (what a long name!) speared graciously over a warm Nutri-grain low fat waffle. I was gonna eat it with a fork, but decided to just eat it with my hands!

Next time if I save extra calories, I'm gonna add a tbsp of peanut butter!

If you go to splenda.com and look up their recipes, they're excellent!  Especially the Choco-Chip Cookies... mmmm :-) They're somewhat lower calorie, but the big plus is the little to no sugar in the recipes!  And they end up tasting amazing!

Original Post by missreporter:

i just posted about glenny's 100 calorie brownie and then i saw this thread.

they're really delicious!

glenny's brownie topped with a scoop (aka 1/2 cup) of low-cal ice cream (i don't remember what brand i use but it's 90 cals), and then some warmed sugar free chocolate syrup is even better than just the brownie by itself (; AMAZING.

and for anyone craving something fruity, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Trop50 orange juice, 3/4 cup frozen pineapple, and a few frozen strawberries. blend it all together and voila! you don't even need any ice. comes to about 125 calories.
you could definitely add any other fruits that you like

I posted this on another thread but take angel or pound cake top with cool whip and add berries

Take melted peanut butter and drizzle over a banana then freeze

You can always bake low fat brownies or muffins

on the baked apple note sliced apples sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and microwaved. You need to add a little butter to make it stick.
