popcorn (without butter)

pickles! (polish ogorki)

coffee and diet pepsi

tea

babyfood

granny smith apples or cheddar cheese oat cakes, only 45 calories each!!

strawberries, raspberries, blackberries.  Vanilla yogurt.  Toasted whole wheat or whole grain bread with Smart Balance, splenda and cinnamon.  Low-moisture, part skim string cheese.  I just wish I liked vegetables, those are the best low-cal foods!

Fresh fruit. MMMMMMMmmmmmmm.......  Had some yesterday.  Strawberries, blueberries and rasberries.  Nothing like it.  Especially when its all in season and doesnt need anything to sweeten it up.

I make this amazing latte for 20 calories - coffee, Almond Breeze, vanilla sugar free syrup and splenda.  It's heavenly...

I also really love strawberries and apples... yum!

Strawberries, pineapple, and grilled mushrooms. Sorry, top three was as narrow as I could cut, I have so many favorites.. :)
Black coffee. Somewhere along the way, I found I no longer needed loads of sugar and cream, and if I'm going to shell out for really good quality grounds (been drinking a lot of Peet's lately), I find I can appreciate the flavor much more if I drink it "straight."

My favorite dinner lately is the following: about 4 oz of chicken breast, a whole bag of frozen veggie stir-fry (I buy them by the cartload in every possible combination), and a dollop of some kind of sauce- teriyaki, hoisin, black bean & garlic. I throw it all into a wok for about ten minutes. It makes a mountain of food, and usually comes in under 300 calories.  Sometimes I can't eat it all and pack the rest for lunch the next day. It's always delicious, though!

Spinach!  Raw in a salad, or steamed just  until it wilts.  At 7 calories per cup (raw), I often eat 4 cups in a salad.  Along with some veggies (cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, radishes) and I usually add a lean protein source for a well balanced, healthy meal.  Averages about 250 calories.  I use the salad dressing in the spray bottles for some additional flavor.  Caesar is my favorite.  Sometimes I add some olive oil, or maybe some pumpkin seeds for fat.

Baby cut carrots or celery with a little of low-fat blue cheese dressing.
kangaroo whole wheat pita, toasted, with salsa instead of chips.
1 oz low fat cabot cheddar cheese with 1 sliced jonagold apple
omelette (1/2 cup egg beaters with 1 tbsp splenda and vanilla flavor) with 1 small banana fried in a skillet with butter-flavored Pam, 1 tsp Splenda brown sugar mix and a drop of rhum flavor.
Enough, this is making me hungry!!!

I love low fat italian ice cream: gelato, and cotton candy. low calorie, seriously.

Fat free wheat bread

Smucker's sugar free strawberry topping and jelly

Sweet potatoes

Mrs. Butterworths sugar free maple syrup

Boca burgers

Turkey burgers

Strawberries

Apples

Egg beaters

Whole wheat wraps

Tea and Coffee

Puffed wheat cereal

Gum

Lemon water

Reduced fat bisquick-Pancakes

Turkey wrap from Subway

Splenda

Squash fries

Salsa

Fat free ruffles chips

Baked tostitos

Corn on the cob

Spinach

Watermelon, egg whites, berries, crystal lite (the only time I'll use artificial sweeteners!), air-popped popcorn... mmmm

I found this salad in Asda (Walmart). Costs 98p is around 90 cals and has lovely lettuce, grated carrot and beetroot. I pretty much eat it every day! They also do fresh fish which they put in a foil bag which you put in the oven to steam/poach. Fantastic invention! Pity the Asda is the furthest away of all the supermarkets!

Cucumber in salsa, sugar free raspberry jello (when I used to eat it, I would add more water to make it less sweet and less thick), Iceberg lettuce, tea, frozen diet soda

Carrots dipped in salsa, cottage cheese, mustard, or hummus

Egg whites dipped in the same

Scrambled egg whites with salt and pepper

Raw cauliflower

Fat free Pringles

Lightlife veggie hot dogs (only 45 cals per link and no fat)

isnt popcorn super fatty?

hahaha Thank you! I love ginger, specially with sushi, but i'm not sure how i will like it on yogurt! I do love honey with yogurt, but ginger? Will have to try. It will need to be fresh ginger anyway, I believe. Which is hard to find here, in Spain.

But thanks!!!!! Not so much into mushrooms! Though i love chiitake!

Carrots dipped in hummus is certainly a yummy food, but I'm not sure about the light part...

Raw cauliflower? Never tried it!

Well, any food can be low calorie in the right portion size, so I'll go with chocolate:  1 Ghiradelli dark chocolate square is only about 60 cals.

But since it's getting to be warmer, I've had a thing for strawberries - a huge bowl of them is less than 100 cals, and topped with cool whip free, a wonderfully filling dessert.

Its like you read my mind.  Nothing better than fresh fruit!!!

Looovee Ghiradelli.  They have a ice cream shop at downtown Disney in Disney World.  OMG!! So good.  Glad I only go to Disney once a year. LOL.
