Low calorie homemade pasta. Anyone have a good recipe ?

I've done the web search and the google search and so far not too much luck. I'm looking for a healthy low calorie / lower carb pasta dough recipe. Something in the vein of fiber gourmet. Their product is very good but absurdly expensive. I would like to try to make my own at home and don't mind the extra work as an experiment.  Any ideas ? I considered a whole wheat simple recipe but the whole wheat flower is high calorie also. To me those shirtake noodles are horrible- I've tried them numerous ways to date and do not like them. Dreamfields and Smart Taste are good carb wise but still are high in calories for my liking.

Many people substitute spaghetti squash for their pasta.  I know, it's a vegetable and not that pasta fix that you're probably looking for.  If you can find a low-cal recipe out there, please post it.  I would love to know as well. 

I looked at the Fiber Gourmet web site and the ingredients in their standard pasta are: Durum Semolina Flour, Modified Wheat Starch, Wheat Gluten

So if you have a standard pasta recipe just substitiute these ingredients for the ingredients in your standard recipe to aproximate the Fiber Gourmet version.

I use the Gia Russa's 100% whole wheat linquine and they taste and work perfectly. Hope this helps

Yes I have tried them and cannot enjoy them at all. I've tried boiling them after rinsing, draining. even frying them to dry them out and make them not so slimy. Taste isn't totally gross but not good (to me) either. Can't take the texture at all, I'm just too used to regular pasta I guess. I really wanted to like them too because of the great lack of calories, but no can do. I'll find a recipe I can make at home eventually I hope :-)
