What low calorie item can I eat before a workout?

I go to the gym right after work so I try to get in a snack around 5PM.  What is a good low calorie snack that I can eat that will get me through my 4:30-5PM craving and still give me the energy I need for the gym.

By low cal I mean 150 calories or less.  :-)

Bananas are AMAZING for pre workout snacks!!!!  Also, easy to carry around all day!

I usually have a fiber one bar - oats and chocolate, 140 calories, high fiber, some protien, healthy carbs.  This works well for me and I always have one in my purse and in my desk at work.Cool

Yep another vote for Bananas. Perfect pre-exercise food. :)

Banana with a little peanut butter or an apple. Slice of cheese or cottage cheese.
