low cals, but its late night? what do i do

its around 11 pm..ill prolly go to bed around 1-2 am. ive had about 800 calories for the day, i should have about 1300 for today , but is it ok to be lower since its so late?

have a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk or something. You really shouldn't be that low, but then again it is just one day. Make sure you plan your day better tomorrow.
i have the same question some days. any thoughts from anyone?? it's not good to eat late, but not good to only eat 800 calories either....
well i mean i ate about 250 calories in the past hour, but im stilll only at aout 800.. so idk if i load up on calories before bed if thats bad or what should i doo??

I'm in the same boat. I'm at about 940 cals right now and I'm supposed to eat 1200 daily and it's 815pm in Cali. I honestly don't plan on eating anymore tonight since it's getting pretty late and I have a photo shoot tomorrow and I don't want to look bloated:)

I think it's totally fine if you don't reach your total daily cals for just today. As long as your not hungry and not depriving yourself. It's different if you're starving and you just won't eat.  So just go to bed and don't worry about it. Just eat more calories at your meals from now on to reach 1300

Write off the day.  Drink a glass of milk - it will help you sleep - and vow to do better tomorrow.

If you are a chronic undereater, or underweight, then you already know what you have to do, and you already know the harm it's doing to your body.  If you are not, then you'll be just fine - slipping up once in a while isn't going to hurt your progress over time.
