I have been eating about 1300 cals. a day and not losing. The doctor said I am probably eating to much sugar and carbs. What are some good low carb snacks, besides nuts and cheese?

Try eating more fruits & veggies : ) Even though veggies and fruits are carbs they're good snacks because they're unprocessed, whole foods and don't effect your body the same way as processed carbs from breads, pastas, and sweets do.
Unprocessed meat and fish have no carbs. Eggs too.
hard boiled eggs with the yolk removed and hummus in its place
almond butter in celery
chopped celery, red pepper and cherry tomatoes dipped in hummus
sunflower seeds
A couple of my favourites:
Tuna is very low calorie, little/no fat, no carb, no sugar, and high protein.
Celery with natural peanut butter is low carb/calorie, has healthy fats, some fiber, and no sugar.
Thanks for the suggestions. I am going to try these instead of pretzels and 100 calorie packs.
String cheese, nuts, plain yogurt, cottage cheese...
Dannon makes some good low-carb (and low fat) yogurts, too.
