Low Carb Spinach Sausage Mushroom Pizza Recipe
This has a nice crust of cheese and egg
| 8 | oz mozzarella cheese |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/3 | cup Parmesan cheese |
| 8 | oz sausage |
| 1 | cup mushrooms |
| 2 | cups spinach |
| 1 1/2 | cup tomato |
| 2 | tbsp garlic |
| 6 | oz mozzarella cheese |
- heat oven 350
- spray pam on 13x9 pan and cover with parchment paper
- Mix 8 oz mozzarella cheese with 2 eggs and 1/2 parmesan cheese and spices of your choice.
- Evenly spread over parchment and bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
- Remove from pan and refrigerate for a few hours keeping the crust on the parchment (I put it on a cookie sheet)
- slice tomatos, spinach, and cover crust add garlic, mushroom and sausage
- Cover with mozzarella cheese and back until the cheese is bubbly
